All businesses, whether class 1, 2 or 3, must register annually with the 19 Pueblos District using the 19 Pueblos District Business Registration Form and pay a twenty-five dollar ($25) fee for the calendar year. Additional information is listed on the Business Registration Form to the right.

Registration Payment Options

Online Payments

1. Complete the appropriate registration form from above
   
   
2. Email the completed registration form to Administration@19PueblosDistrict.org
   
   
3. Complete payment through our online Intuit Payment Portal
   
   
4. Be sure to include the same Key Contact / Owner and Business Legal Name from form in the “Full Name” field on the payment form. There is a $0.75 processing fee for online payments.

Check / Money Order / Cashier's Check Payments
